• Perform quality repairs on customers’ bikes, including walk‑in repairs and overhauls.
• Diagnose customer equipment and provide repair estimates.
• Schedule customer appointments and communicate clear, realistic expectations.
• Recommend products to enhance the customer’s cycling experience.
• Possess advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
• Ensure service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2‑3 years bike mechanic experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
