We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our amazing team! Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas
  • Distributes laundered articles and linens
  • Replaces and hangs draperies
  • Changes beds
  • Cleans public restrooms and replenishes supplies as needed
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors; cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
  • Dusts furniture and equipment
  • Polishes metalwork
  • Washes walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
  • Washes, dries and irons resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliances
  • Folds and/or hangs laundry appropriately
  • Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularly
  • Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested
  • Keeps utility and storage rooms clean and orderly
  • Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies
  • Stocks cleaning cart with supplies
  • Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
  • Ensures trash and dumpster areas are clean and coordinated with maintenance
  • Completes maintenance work orders for any repairs needed
  • Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly
  • Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor
  • May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Connects and helps residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level
  • Arrives to work on time
  • Has minimal absence and tardiness
  • Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code
  • Observes safety and security procedures
  • Uses equipment and materials properly
  • Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays

Background Screening Requirement

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy. Compensation

$17.50 - $20.00
