- Maintenance duties including plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and general upkeep.
- Inspect equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
- Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance

- Available shift:
Weekends Required 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
