Job Description

Shift: Evening shift, Part Time, 4 hr shift, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Location:

Long Beach, CA. Multiple locations

• Cleaning and disinfecting work areas
• Cleaning breakrooms
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to management
• Disarm and Arm building

• Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must care about quality
• Must be detail-oriented and work at an efficient pace
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license and insurance
• Must drive from one location to another (Job to Job)
• Must be reliable
• Able to lift up to 38 lbs.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
• Must portray a good attitude
• Must have a smartphone and know the functions of how to use it
• Ability to use a smartphone to text, take pictures, take videos, and use various apps used by Juniper Cleaning (training in apps will be provided)
• Technological proficiency is a plus
• Experience is not required, but basic knowledge of cleaning is a plus

• You need constant supervision and can't work independently
• You don't know how to send a text message or use a smartphone
• You are constantly late, missing work, or making excuses for your mistakes
