$23.00- $25.00 Per Hour

Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm Monday 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm

As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the common areas and amenities of the HOA community. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks such as inspecting systems, changing filters, and ensuring safety compliance.

• Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
• Handle emergency situations such as leaks or outages, and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure high-quality, timely work.

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• E.P.A. 608 Universal certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall desired.
