Restoration Technician​/Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Restoration Contents Cleaner / Warehouse Manager in Long Beach, CA. The role involves overseeing the cleaning, restoration, and organization of contents impacted by fire, water, smoke, or odors.

• Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by fire, water, mold, or other causes using specialized techniques and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively during restoration processes.
• Manage warehouse operations including contents barcoding, tracking, organizing, and maintaining clean work environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all restoration activities, including before-and-after photos and reports.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize jobs, ensure timely completion, and uphold quality standards.

• Ability to manage and organize warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics.
• Skills in cleaning and restoring contents, textiles, and electronics.
• Attention to detail with strong quality assurance and inspection abilities.
• Competence in coordinating teams and workflows effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in an on-site role in Long Beach, CA.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials of varying weights.
• IICRC certification or experience in restoration services is a plus.
