Full-Time Janitor (Maintenance Department)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Janitor to join our Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the office and shop areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows established cleaning procedures, and contributes to a clean and safe environment for all employees.

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floors, including proper mopping and drying techniques.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Refill supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects as needed.

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided if needed).
• Full-time position (schedule to be discussed).
