Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following procedures, guidelines, and approved chemicals and tools;
Maintain a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Contribute to a positive member experience by ensuring a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors.
