Full-Time | Hourly | Industrial Maintenance

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime as Needed

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Helper assists maintenance technicians with equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep. This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical or electrical experience who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Support building maintenance and general facility repairs.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Move materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Work overtime as needed to support production and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with machine or building maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in hot, dirty, and noisy industrial environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work safely as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in high-temperature environments.
• Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
