This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Long Branch, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, as well as completing necessary repairs to ensure equipment and systems remain in optimal working condition. The role includes documenting work performed, collaborating with team members to address maintenance challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and operational protocols
- Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred
