Supervisor needed for Commercial Cleaning Company

Pro Janitorial Services is a commercial cleaning company based in Long Branch, NJ, serving the Monmouth and Ocean Counties for over 20 years.

We are looking for a reliable and dependable supervisor to be the eyes and ears of the company and to ensure employee compliance and customer satisfaction across various clients and locations.

This position reports to the Office Manager.

• Visit and cover various locations to ensure customer satisfaction across all locations.
• General cleaning: trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices; sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors; window washing; other duties as required by client specifications.
• Provide supervision, training, and certification of new employees; give daily direction and worklists.
• Demonstrate sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Perform building walk-throughs and inspections as needed.
• Work with management on performance appraisals or handling client complaints.
• Keep track of supply inventory and communicate with management when orders need to be placed.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Be dependable and flexible with hours; work rotating shifts if necessary; fill in for absent employees.
• Additional tasks may be added as needed.

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
• Must own a vehicle in good working order with a clean driving record (no major offenses). This job requires travel in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
• Experience in management.
• Customer relations experience including handling complaints, concerns, or questions from customers.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Pro Janitorial Services will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.

Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per HOUR
