Part Time Make Ready Technician - Parkside Apartments
Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Parkside apartment community in Longmont, CO. This is a HUD/Tax Credit property with 50 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What you will do:
The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and requirements:
- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
