Maintain environments where people feel welcomed and cared for.

PROPERTY Manager

Position Type: Exempt Full-Time

Reports to: Environments Director

At Life Bridge, our property and facilities are a direct reflection of how much we care about the people who walk through our doors. As our Property Manager
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our building and grounds are safe, welcoming, functional, and well‑maintained — creating environments where lost people of all ages in Northern Colorado can encounter Jesus. You’ll lead a high‑capacity team of volunteers, manage preventative maintenance systems, coordinate outside vendors, and keep a hands‑on approach to the daily care of our facility. This role is for someone who is equally passionate about Jesus and a well‑run building — a self‑starter who leads with ownership, works hard, loves people, and understands that a safe and inviting facility is one of the most powerful ways a church communicates that everyone is welcome here.

Lead a high-capacity, high-engagement Property Team.
  • Recruit, develop, train, and engage serve teams, giving people an active opportunity to use their gifts to serve in behind‑the‑scenes capabilities with the Property Team.
  • Lead serve teams in a way that is consistent with LB Leadership, emphasizing a growing relationship with Jesus, healthy priorities, and hard work
  • Serve as the staff lead for the volunteer Parking Team. Cast vision for this team to grow and develop to become a stellar serving opportunity in the church.
Maintain the church facility and property in a way that presents them as functional, safe, cared for, and inviting.
  • Conduct regular and thorough inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment to maintain safe, welcoming, and outstanding environments.

  • Maintain an organized stock of supplies, tools, and equipment that are in good working condition to be utilized for repairs and maintenance.
Create and implement a Strategy for Preventative Maintenance on church facilities and property.
  • Primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the physical facility, grounds, and systems of the church. This includes HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Access Control, Fire, Safety, and Security Systems
  • Create and follow regular preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems.
  • Ability to select, negotiate, coordinate, and evaluate outside vendors for outsourced maintenance, necessary projects, and repairs requiring professionals, while continually building an excellent relationship between them and the church. This would include: mowing/landscaping, snow removal, waste disposal, HVAC, plumbing/boiler, electrical, elevator, pest control, roof, fire, and alarm systems.
Leads, coordinates, and supports other aspects related to the building and property.
  • Assists the Facility Manager with set‑ups and cleaning when needed.
  • Available to respond to emergencies at the building and property, to communicate and coordinate with emergency services.
