Lead Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner

* Perform routine property inspections to identify potential maintenance or safety issues

* Clean and maintain exterior areas of the property including sidewalks, parking lots, dumpster enclosures and grounds

* Assist with the upkeep of common areas and amenities (pool area, dog parks, etc)

* Complete make readies / unit turns as needed

* Support the on-site Property Manager with other duties as assigned

* Ensure outside vendors are completing work in an efficient way that meets Townhouse South's standards

Requirements:

* Prior experience in multifamily maintenance required

* Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property looking its best

* Ability to work independently and with a team

* Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance procedures

* Ability to complete a unit turn / make ready is REQUIRED (sheetrock patching, repairs, painting, etc)

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, walking, standing for long periods)
