We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with expertise in blown film processes. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the manufacturing industry and have a deep understanding of the maintenance requirements of blown film machinery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and contributing to our overall operational excellence.

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on blown film machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery and related equipment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalte.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in blown film technology and incorporate them into our maintenance processes.
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in blown film processes.
- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem‐solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest developments in blown film technology.
- A high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- A technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field would be an asset.
