ITEX Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support site management by following the preventive maintenance program, completing weekly work orders, and proactively identifying issues during daily walk-throughs. The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; you must have your own tools and be ready for an on-call 24-hour rotation.

The position is on-site at our Longview, TX properties.
