HOLT CAT is looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor 2 for our heavy equipment CAT Support Department at our Longview Texas location. This position is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all work performed in the assigned area of responsibility; providing quotes for jobs and work order review for customer billing; customer communications; shop safety practices and compliance with shop operating policies.
This position has major responsibilities to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:
1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values;
2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources;
3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
