We are currently looking for a Cleaning Team Leader.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
• Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Supervise cleaning staff activities to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections.
• Provide ongoing training to cleaning employees.
• Understand contract requirements related to the position.
• Maintain supplies and equipment following established procedures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Additional responsibilities may include restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, glass cleaning, and restocking paper and soap supplies.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Proporcionar capacitación continua a los empleados de limpieza.
• Comprender los requisitos del contrato relacionados con el puesto.

• Realizar tareas de mantenimiento general según sea necesario.
• Otras responsabilidades pueden incluir limpieza de baños, eliminación de basura, desempolvado, barrido, limpieza de vidrios y reposición de suministros de papel y jabón.

• Capacidad para cargar hasta 25 libras.
• Ser puntual, responsable e independiente.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en limpieza y mantenimiento comercial.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en supervisión.
• Debe tener licencia de conducir válida.
• Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos es requisito.
