D & A Building Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Window Cleaner to join our team in Longwood, FL. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and takes pride in delivering quality results. You will maintain the pristine appearance of both interior and exterior windows across various commercial properties, and support the team with pressure cleaning, janitorial tasks, and occasional floor care.

The role is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys working independently, values craftsmanship, and is not afraid to tackle diverse challenges.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all interior and exterior windows.
• Perform window cleaning, pressure cleaning, janitorial duties.
• Occasionally strip and wax floors.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use ladders; not afraid of heights.
• Physical strength capable of lifting 30 lbs.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels and written instructions.
  
  Ability to communicate.
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Hourly Salary: $16.00 - $17.00
