Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Worker based in Los Angeles, CA. The Maintenance Worker will perform maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing varies issues, operating power tools, and addressing plumbing, electrical or carpentry issues as needed. The role also includes implementing preventive maintenance measures, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining property functionality to the highest level.

• Proficiency in Building Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Experience with Power Tools and their proper usage
• Skills in Plumbing tasks, @ stoppages, repairing leaks, installing water heaters, and others.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in property maintenance is highly desirable
