Janitorial

Tripalink is seeking reliable, professional Janitorial Staff to maintain cleanliness and safety at our residential communities. The role ensures common areas and facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-kept to support excellent resident experiences.

• Clean and sanitize common areas, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
• Perform scheduled and deep cleaning as assigned
• Communicate with property management on site conditions
• Perform unit turn cleanings between resident move-outs and move-ins to ensure units meet Tripalink cleanliness standards
• Provide in-unit housekeeping for shared living areas, including kitchens, living rooms, and balconies
• Clean and maintain property trash rooms and waste disposal areas to ensure proper sanitation and organization
• Support ongoing cleaning of common areas across the property, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift/stand as needed
• Reliable transportation to property sites
