*** Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)
* Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
* May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
* General maintenance of grounds & facilities including
* Cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping & restocking facility including restrooms & break areas,
* * Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition*,
* Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals*,
* Order cleaning supplies as necessary

The CA base pay range for this position is $17.87 - $20.00 per hour. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.
