The Salvation Army (Western) - 1221 Figueroa Place - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Tiny Home units, buildings, equipment, and site infrastructure;
Repair and replace door locks, windows, screens, emergency exit hatches, flooring, shelving, beds, and other unit components;
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment;
Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance duties within the scope of training and experience;
Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, offices, restrooms, laundry facilities, fencing, gates, lighting, and other site assets
