Asa Water/Fire Restoration Assistant Project Manager /Crew Chief,youwillberesponsibleforassigning,coordinatingandperformingworkactivitiesonrestorationprojectstosuccessfullyfulfillserviceneeds.
Followworkorderandeffectivelycommunicatewithinternalpartners.
Theidealcandidatewillbedetail-oriented,efficient,andabletoworkinaphysicallydemandingenvironment.
- Facilitatepositivecustomerexperienceandensurecustomersatisfactionofservices.
- Explainprocessesandanswercustomerquestionsorconcerns.
- Maintaincontinuouscommunicationwithinternalparties
- Reviewworkordertoensurejobisdoneeffectivelyandcorrectly.
- Coordinateandperformrestorationprocessesasscheduledandensurequalitycontrol.
- Communicateclearexpectationsto Restoration Techniciansandsupervisetheiractivities .
- Properlydocumentingscopeofworkbyusing Docusketch.
- Properlydocumentandcompleteallrequiredpaperwork.
- Ensurescopesheets,pictures,andsupportingdocumentsaresubmitteddaily.
- Identifysafetyhazards,communicate,andestablishcontrolmeasurestoensurethesafetyofoccupantsandworkers.
- Followandoverseesafeworkpracticesandadherencetosafetyandriskmanagementguidelines.
- Regularly lifting
50poundsindependently,occasionallyliftingupto
100poundswithassistance,walkingandstandingforlongperiodsoftime,driving,sitting,climbing ladders,workingatceilingheights,workingintightspaces(i.e.crawlspaces,attics),repetitivepushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects,workingwithandaroundchemicals,andworkingoverhead. - Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjob,theemployeeisfrequentlyexposedtofumesorairborneparticles.
Theemployeeisoccasionallyexposedtoavarietyofextremeconditionssuchasheat,noxiousodors,etc.
Thenoiselevelintheworkenvironmentandjobsitesmaybeloud.
Theemployeewillberequiredtooccasionallyweararespiratorfortheirsafety. - On-Callandafterhours.
- Validdriverlicense-approvedbyourinsurancecompany-required
- Abilitytotravellocallyoroutofstate,when necessary,preferred
- Priorrestorationexperienceispreferred.
- Docusketchexperienceispreferred.
- Full-Time,upto
40hoursperweek. - On-Call,after hours
$26-$29/hour,pendingexperience.
