At Lion Real Estate Group, We're always looking to connect with talented Service Managers who are interested in future opportunities within our growing multifamily portfolio. While we may not have an immediate opening available, we're continually building relationships with experienced maintenance leaders who can step in and make an impact when opportunities arise.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for a multifamily apartment community
- Manage and develop maintenance team members to ensure high-quality service and performance
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repairs
- Oversee apartment turns and make-ready schedules to support occupancy goals
- Ensure community systems, equipment, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budgets
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety programs, and OSHA requirements
- Support capital improvement projects and property inspections
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
- You will lead a maintenance operation that directly impacts resident satisfaction and community success.
- You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and develop maintenance technicians while building a high‑performing team.
- You’ll play a key role in property performance through preventive maintenance, unit turns, capital projects, and resident service.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:- Previous Service Manager, Lead Maintenance Technician, or Maintenance Supervisor experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification required or ability to obtain as required by local regulations
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop maintenance teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to resident service, safety, and quality workmanship
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
You're a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching others, solving complex maintenance challenges, and taking ownership of your community's physical condition. You understand that exceptional resident experiences start with exceptional maintenance service.
