We are seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality floor maintenance services in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing various types of floor care work including stripping/refinishing hard surface floors, carpet care/extraction, and operating highly-specialized floor care equipment.
• Completing work assignments as directed and in compliance with Servicon's floor care procedures/processes.
• Inspecting assigned areas while performing duties and after work has been completed to verify compliance with site-specific procedures and client's scope of work.
• Ensuring all supplies are stocked and available, equipment is clean and in good operating order, and reporting malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner.
• Tracking inventory/equipment, providing feedback to the direct manager, and monitoring utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective use.
