As a Custodial Services worker at the new Bloom Football Performance Center & other state‑of‑the‑art athletic facilities, you’ll take on the important job of keeping our operations and locations clean so that our customers can stay happy and healthy. Aramark is looking to hire full‑time custodial workers to clean after business hours beginning around 10:00 p.m. and ending at about 6:30 a.m. Other shift times may also be available once night cleaning is fully staffed. The shift will include cleaning of office areas, kitchens, weight rooms, meeting rooms, media centers, executive offices, restrooms, pools, and saunas.
Schedules will vary but will be five days each work week with weekend and holiday shifts required. If a shift is scheduled on a holiday you will receive double‑time pay.
Consistent attendance and high‑end results are required. Our team will ensure you receive training and all proper equipment to complete your tasks as assigned.
CompensationCOMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.34. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

- Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment in alignment with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others.
- Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
- Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
- Secures the facility, ensuring the building is locked/unlocked as required.
- Ensures security of company assets.

Qualifications- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Maintains a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor toward guests, clients, and co‑workers.
- Adaptable to guests’ needs.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
