Floating Maintenance Supervisor

Sares-Regis Group is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor I to support high-quality multifamily communities across the Western U.S. Based in the field, you will travel between assigned properties to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, lead technicians, and ensure safe, well-maintained buildings. Responsibilities include inspections, work order management, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, all aligned with company standards.
