Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies;
Access and manage materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department and track inventory;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, painting, and debris removal; support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts
