What you’ll do:

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate purchases of parts, equipment, and supplies while controlling costs and verifying receipts.
• Lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance facility sustainability and reduce operating expenses.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations relevant to exterior facility services.
• Ability to manage budgets, including cost estimation and approval of purchases for parts, materials, and equipment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching, performance evaluation, and managing third-party service providers.
• Competence in vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and fostering a safe, clean work environment.
