Restoration 1 of San Fernando Valley is looking for a top‑notch, quality individual to come on board as a Restoration Technician. • Provide exceptional customer service.
• Interface with clients in both a respectful and professional manner.
• Perform production/restoration processes per work order.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate openly with production team.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects.
• Ability to work with or around cleaning products and chemicals.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state if necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Previous experience within the restoration industry preferred, but not required.
• IICRC certifications a huge plus.
• Valid driver’s license without a major violation (OMVI, reckless, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
