Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Vernon, CA. This role will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination, along with a strong understanding of food manufacturing, sanitation, GMP, and food safety requirements.

salary: $68,000 - $75,000 per year

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and prioritize equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related equipment issues.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and work orders.
• Help identify recurring equipment issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, GMP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, production, and management to resolve equipment issues quickly.

• Prior maintenance experience in a food manufacturing/food processing environment – required
