Experienced Service Technicians Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per flat rate.

Production Bonuses:

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7am-4pm | One Saturday shift every 3 weeks.

What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.

Perform maintenance and repairs based on your experience and technician level.

Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to identify vehicle concerns.

Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.

Complete Audi training and certification programs as assigned.

What You'll Bring2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.

Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.

Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.

We prefer European, luxury, Audi, or Volkswagen repair experience.

We prefer ASE or manufacturer certifications.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.87 - $45.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
