Facilities Operations Manager

MV Transportation is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of our transportation facilities. In this role, you will oversee daily building and grounds activities across terminals and maintenance sites, ensuring they support reliable paratransit, fixed-route, and shuttle services. You will manage staff and vendors, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and enforce strict safety, ADA, and environmental standards.

Partnering with operations leaders, you'll control budgets, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in facility reliability, cleanliness, and security to uphold MV's culture of safety, respect, and community service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations for transportation terminals and maintenance sites
• Lead, schedule, and support facilities staff and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety, ADA, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and procurement of services and supplies
• Monitor facility systems performance and respond to operational issues promptly
• Implement safety, cleanliness, and security procedures across all locations
• Support operational leaders to ensure reliable transit service continuity
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in emergency preparedness and incident response planning
