Requirements +Job Duties
- Perform unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and furniture replacement
- Complete general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC, repairs)
- Provide janitorial support (restrooms, trash removal, sweeping/mopping)
- Assemble furniture and assist with site setups
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with installations
- Support multiple locations and relocation projects as needed

What You Will DoAs a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator supports business operations by maintaining the equipment, machinery, and building systems required for productive daily work. This role requires technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
