Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, and other facilities in a clean, safe, and orderly condition;
Provide flexible floater coverage at multiple sites as assigned to support operations;
Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors;
Vacuum elevator cabs, wash cab doors/walls/ceilings, and empty exterior trash receptacles;
Report lights out and solicitors to Management Office; patrol lobby during high-traffic times as needed
