Maintenance Technician - Perla Broadway

Action is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our Perla on Broadway team in Los Angeles.

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 / hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am
-4:30 pm

• Routine Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and landscaping.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Assist in conducting preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and inspections.
• Emergency Response:
  Respond to emergency maintenance requests under the supervision of a higher-level technician.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Administrative Tasks:
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
• Property Maintenance:
  Assist in maintaining common areas, including cleaning, trash removal, and landscaping.
• Pool Maintenance:
  Assist in maintaining the pool and spa, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and basic equipment operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.e.

• Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Hands on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired
