Minimum Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or five years of similar work experience and be at least 21 years of age.
- Reading: Average-level ability to read, analyze, and interpret federal, state, and local transportation regulations, reports, and procedures.
- Communication: Must be able to read and speak English.
- Math: Average-level ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply.
- Writing: Average-level ability to write statements and reports.
- Technical
Skills:
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment. - Physical: Must be willing to undergo and pass a physical examination as part of the selection process when required by applicable airport, federal Department of Transportation (DOT), or state regulations.
- Licenses: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Physical Demands
Light maintenance, prolonged sitting, and frequent standing are normal parts of the job. All CSAs must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role continuously requires vision, hearing, and speaking; occasionally requires fine dexterity, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting; and rarely requires kneeling and climbing.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, and Work Aids: Tools, equipment, two-way radios, and smartphones.
Environmental Factors: Exposure to noise, vibration, and physical hazards, with seasonal exposure to extreme temperatures, wet conditions, and humidity.
Non-Physical DemandsThe role may occasionally involve emergency situations, irregular schedules or overtime, tedious or exacting work, and noisy or distracting environments.

Janitorial and Fleet Care:
- Report to work on time and in uniform.
- Keep company shuttles and other fleet vehicles clean and presentable inside and out, consistent with company presentation standards.
- Wash vehicle exteriors, apply tire dressing, and clean windows to maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Clean upholstery, seats, and floors; remove trash and debris; and address odors to keep vehicle interiors fresh and ready for customers.
- Complete vehicle washing and cleaning according to the assigned schedule and under the supervision and direction of the graveyard shift Operations Manager.
