Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for the Warehouse Janitorial Associate / Cleaning Crew Member position.

This role is for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and contributing to workforce safety.

KBS is the largest privately held provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 2 billion square feet of space daily. The company serves a wide range of industries including retail, industrial and logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more.

Days and nights vary, including weekends. One available shift is the NIGHT SHIFT 7 pm—5:30 am.

Starting at $17.00 per hour.

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility frequently throughout the shift
• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical handling sheets (generally in English; may be in Spanish where required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual picking/holding/grasping, and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Download and use the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping app on a personal device for clock‑in/out, training, and information access. Cell‑phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with local laws.
