JOB LOCATION: Pueblo of Pojoaque Corporate Properties

REPORTS TO: Engineering Shift Supervisor

FLSA STATUS:

JOB PURPOSE:

Maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • 10%- Enters repairs in Repair Log book.
  • 5%- Assists other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • May be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
  • The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Electrical trouble shooting and wiring, schematic reading, plumbing and mechanical trouble shooting and repair.
  • Maintain kitchen and Laundry equipment parts inventory
  • Good Written and Verbal communication skills.

Drug free at all times and subject to pre‑employment and random screening.

  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years previous experience in this or similar field.
  • Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate. CPR and/or First Aid training preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Standing-30% /Walking-40% /Sitting-30%;
    Casino/Hotel Setting.
  • Possible exposure to cigarette smoke and loud noise
  • Physical Activity
  • Crouching/Bending/Stooping
  • Reaching
  • Pushing/Pulling
  • Lifting/Carrying 15 lbs.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety.
  • The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager
