You will be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of day-to-day site maintenance to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and compliant with relevant standards. Routine site maintenance is essential for the smooth operation of all equipment and infrastructure and will encompass a range of tasks, including inspection, cleaning, repairs, and upgrades to physical infrastructure. You will log activities completed, schedule checks, and identify future recommendations.

In addition you will manage the maintenance team, ensuring they have an appropriate schedule of works, and execute all work activity in a safe & efficient manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and SOP’s. In addition, you will liaise with the mechanical and production teams to plan work schedules.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a flexible attitude, have the ability to work on their own initiative achieve targets and prioritise workload. You must demonstrate knowledge and compliance with Health & Safety procedures and be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role. It is essential that you have a working knowledge of MS office and the AS400 system.

Previous Supervisory experience or management training is essential.
