Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Assistant Technician to help keep our facilities, equipment, and systems running smoothly. You’ll work alongside experienced maintenance staff to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and day-to-day upkeep.
Responsibilities- Assist with basic repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings, and systems
- Help with scheduled preventive maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, filter changes, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and managers
- Keep tools, work areas, and equipment in safe, working condition
- Support senior technicians with larger projects or troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in different environments
- Ability to work at heights in boom lifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on learning with experienced maintenance professionals
