RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance on systems such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks like changing filters, repairing leaks, and replacing light fixtures.

* Certified in welding 3g/4g.

* Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues with building systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

* Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies. Remedy and report any issues that require attention.

* Production:
Work as a team to produce Exo Forms (Cajun Coral) at all steps of the production process, including forklift operations.

* Custodial Tasks:
Occasionally perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and maintaining common areas.

* Collaboration:

Work with outside contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 or more years of experience.

* Strong team-oriented skills.

* Exceptional understanding of Safety processes and practices

* Able to mentor new employees

* Exceptional technical writing and communication skills

* Must have a valid Twic card.
