Reliability Services Technician

Seeking a Reliability Services Technician to support our growing industrial services operation based out of Reserve, Louisiana. This role is focused on hands‑on field work supporting industrial customers through professional lubrication and reliability services.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in industrial environments. This position offers the opportunity to build technical skills in oil filtration, dehydration, high‑velocity oil flushing, varnish mitigation, and in‑plant lubrication services while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Perform oil filtration and dehydration services on bulk oil products, hydraulic, turbine, and circulating oil systems.
• Assist with and execute high‑velocity oil flushing, varnish removal, and confined space reservoir cleaning projects.
• Conduct in‑plant lubrication services, including oil changes, lubrication routes, and equipment installation.
• Operate pumps, filter carts, and other related lubrication equipment.
• Collect oil samples and assist with basic condition monitoring activities.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and customer site requirements including conducting JSAs and BBS observations.
• Maintain service equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Execute preventative maintenance on service equipment and vehicles.
• Accurately complete service documentation and field reports.
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned to assist warehouse facility operations during periods of lower field service demand including but not limited to loading and unloading trucks and preparing shipments.
• Responsible for the completion of special projects or the assignment of other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Mechanical or industrial background preferred (maintenance, lubrication, millwright, and/or pipe fitting)
• Experience in industrial environments such as manufacturing, refining, chemical, power generation, or oil & gas preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with pumps, hoses, valves, and tools
• Ability to work safely in industrial settings, including confined areas and elevated platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overnight, overtime and travel to customer sites

• Experience with lubrication services including but not limited to vacuum dehydration, oil flushing, filter carts, varnish removal, and other fluid conditioning activities.
• Vibration Analysis Data Collection
• Pipe fitting & Millwright experience
• Commercial Drivers or Chauffer's License
• Prior safety training (TWIC, OSHA 10/30, refinery safety, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while performing multiple duties and tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to follow company safety and quality procedures and guidelines consistently.
• Proven ability to complete position responsibilities within the allotted timeframe.
• Produces a caliber of work consistent with departmental operating standards.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently.
• Effectively represents the company and is responsive to the needs of internal/external customers with sense of urgency and commitment to follow up.

The work of this position is performed in both inside and outside environments in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. The position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing is required. In this position, associates may be exposed to hazardous materials, vapors, fumes, and extreme weather conditions. Proper PPE is provided for employees working in these conditions.
