• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repair, replace, and maintain equipment, lighting, fixtures, doors, furniture, and other building components.
• Respond promptly to service requests, emergencies, and urgent maintenance issues.
• Assist with the installation and setup of equipment, office layouts, and facility upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain building access systems, security systems, and safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using work order systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations as needed.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Travel to all company facilities as required to perform maintenance and inspections.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related role, Required.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for logging maintenance reports and using work order systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel between company facilities in Belle Chasse, LA and Bay St. Louis, MS.

• Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr
