Western Home Communities is seeking to add a
** Maintenance Technician I
** to join our team. This individual will be responsible for seasonal grounds maintenance and other maintenance tasks to support Western Home facilities and equipment.

** What You'll Do
*** Efficiently completes daily grounds maintenance work and general maintenance tasks
* Quickly and accurately identifies ways to complete each assignment
* Responsible for the care and upkeep of equipment and supplies
* Interact with residents in a friendly and positive demeanor
** What You'll Need
*** Relevant grounds keeping experience* (nice to have)

Experience with minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting and HVAC
* 16 years of age or older
* Valid Iowa driver license
