Pay Details

1st 6 months - $17.16 / hour 2nd 6 months - $18.17 3rd 6 months - $19.18 Thereafter - $20.19

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors; empty trash and recycling
• Perform minor repairs and move furniture/equipment as needed
• Assist with deliveries and occasional mailroom support
• Keep outdoor walkways and parking areas clear and safe
• Use a computer for basic daily reporting
• Follow established safety procedures at all times

• Six months of custodian or commercial cleaning experience
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license (Class F minimum)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
