Custodian

Description

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional appearance througho9ut the dealership which includes the showroom, offices, customer areas, service department, restrooms, and exterior grounds.

• Clean and maintain showroom floors, offices, waiting areas, and restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas.
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive and service customer areas.
• Monitor and restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Assist with light groundskeeping, including litter removal and exterior cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Support dealership events and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
