DNC Facility Services is hiring three reliable cleaning professionals for a school facility in the North DeSoto area. This is a consistent Monday–Friday afternoon schedule with full 8-hour shifts — steady work, same location, same team every week.

• Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum daily
• Empty and replace trash liners
• Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly each shift
• Maintain high‑touch surfaces and common areas to a consistent standard
• Follow the DNC cleaning system — Top to Bottom, Left to Right — every shift

• Reliable — you show up on time and complete your work every shift
• Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss and you follow through
• Coachable — you're open to learning the DNC Standard and applying it consistently
• Trustworthy — you are working in a school environment and conduct yourself professionally at all times
• Prior commercial or school cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person

We are hiring three technicians for this contract. As the team gets started, we will be looking for the right person to step into a lead role — someone who takes initiative, holds the standard, and leads by example. If that sounds like you, there is room to grow here.
