About this Position
This position serves as the project manager for maintenance operations.

Two years of experience in the required areas must be on‑the‑job experience:
- Four years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR
- Completion of a two‑year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering plus two years of experience in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR
- Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses plus two years of experience in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance.
- Provides supervision to various maintenance contractors as needed by assigning work, providing guidance on work procedures, addressing questions and issues, etc.
- Oversees the repair, maintenance, and renovation of energy management systems in the Terminal building and airport facilities.
- Monitors weekly generator tests and coordinates annual testing as required.
- Safeguards that the day‑to‑day maintenance required to ensure functionality and environmental compliance is performed.
- Oversees the repair, maintenance, and renovation of energy management systems in LMA facilities.
- Assign routine maintenance such as changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, cleaning and servicing heating, ventilation, etc., to lower maintenance repairer positions.
- Monitors weekly generator tests and coordinates annual testing as required.

Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
